Director of Property Accounting at AEM Property Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in property accounting with a focus on shopping centers. She manages financial reporting for lenders and owners, tenant communications, vendor invoices, and custom management requests. Previously, she served as Director of Property Accounting at Cedar Realty Trust (2005–2022), overseeing financial reporting to the SEC and a team of property accountants in all aspects of reportingfor 18 retail properties. Earlier in her career, she worked at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Realty as a Property Accountant (1992–1999). Sherri holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant who continues her education regularly. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, and volunteering with the Guide Dog Foundation, where her family has fostered over 100 service dogs. Sherri and her wife Rosanne have one son, Jonathan, who resides in Charlotte NC.
